Our Knotted Haldi Turmeric Mala Prayer Beads are naturally aromatic as carved from turmeric root. There are 108 beads on each strand with a knot between each bead. We are familiar with turmeric as a cooking spice and as benificial medicinal and antioxidant for health. In Ayurvedic medicine, Haldi is considered one of the most purifying herbs.
